SHIPPING

Everything we sell is made after you order it — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That means there are two parts to the wait: making it, then shipping it.

• Production: 2–5 business days for printed and embroidered items. Engraved pieces we make in our own shop vary with the job; we'll tell you when we confirm your order.
• Transit: typically 3–5 business days within the United States.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart. Multiple items ship together whenever possible, so a second item costs less to ship than the first.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If we got it wrong, we make it right

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 daysof delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No restocking fee, no argument. Send photos to dobedzigns24@yahoo.com or text them to 210-322-9544.

Personalized items are not returnable for change of mind

Because every piece is made with your specific design, name, or photo, we can't restock it or sell it to anyone else. That means we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, a size you picked incorrectly, or a typo in text you supplied. Please double check your spelling, size, and uploaded artwork before you order.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started we can usually cancel for a full refund. Once an item is in production it can't be cancelled — but tell us anyway and we'll do what we can.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED WORK

Your artwork

You keep all rights to whatever you upload. We use your file only to make your order. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to use that image — please don't send us logos, characters, or artwork owned by someone else, because we can't print those.

What we can and can't control

• Print quality follows file quality. A small or blurry image prints small and blurry. If your file is too low-resolution, we'll reach out before making anything.
• Colors shift slightly between a screen and a physical object, and embroidery uses a fixed set of thread colors, so it can only get close to your artwork — not match it exactly.
• Placement is approximate. We match where you positioned your design as closely as production allows; expect small variation piece to piece, especially on apparel.

We look before we make

A real person reviews every order. If something about your file or request won't turn out well, we'll contact you first rather than make it badly and ship it.

PAYMENT

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website or seen by us. Charges appear on your statement as Dobe Laser DZigns.

Custom engraving requests placed through our order-request form aren't charged online — we contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment before any work begins.

Sales tax is applied where required by Texas law.

PRIVACY

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, contact information, shipping address, and the artwork and notes you provide.

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We share your address and artwork with our production partner solely to manufacture and ship your order.
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Want your information or uploaded artwork deleted after your order is complete? Email dobedzigns24@yahoo.com and we'll take care of it.

TERMS

Prices and product availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to substitute something comparable or refund you in full.

We reserve the right to decline any order — including artwork that infringes someone's copyright or trademark, or content that is hateful, obscene, or illegal.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
